BUILT AROUND YOUR SERVER

From the first hello
to the last support reply.

Enable the systems you need. Configure their channels, roles and messages in one workspace.

01

Support with a system.

Give each topic its own ticket category, staff roles and rules. Claim conversations, approve extra participants, and send HTML transcripts to the right channel.

  • Per-category staff permissions
  • Custom panels and ticket messages
  • Claim, close and transcript controls
02

A clear way in.

Let new members complete a math challenge or read a CAPTCHA before receiving your verified role. Design the verification panel to match your server.

  • Math and CAPTCHA challenges
  • Automatic verified role
  • Your channel, text and custom emojis
03

Give them something to join.

Publish a giveaway with your own design, choose who can enter, and follow its progress. Connect the invite tracker when participation should require valid invites.

  • Role and invite requirements
  • Configurable entry and result messages
  • End, extend, cancel and reroll

Moderation

Delegate commands to staff roles. Set protected roles, hierarchy rules and action limits.

ATG protection

Configure a clearly marked trap channel to remove automated spam and kick or ban accounts that post there.

Invite tracking

Track invitations, define what counts as a valid invite, and publish a leaderboard.

Welcome & goodbye

Write custom greetings and departure messages with banners, member placeholders and your server’s identity.

Custom commands

Create prefix commands that send a text response or embed, as a reply or directly to the channel.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you invite.

Do I need to use the dashboard?

No. Centura also has Discord settings commands and editors. The web dashboard uses the same configuration, so you can choose whichever suits the task.

Can my staff manage one system without being admins?

Yes. Give a role access to a specific system’s settings in Server settings. Administrators and members with Manage Server have configuration access by default. Moderation command permissions have their own rules.

Does saving a design publish it immediately?

No. Save your configuration first, then use Publish panel. Publication runs through the bot, and its progress appears under Recent operations.

Can I use my own emojis?

Yes. The dashboard picker includes available custom emojis from the selected server and Centura’s icon server. Choose an image to use it in supported panel and control icon fields.

Which Discord permissions does the bot need?

Permissions depend on the systems you enable. For example, ticket channels need channel management and verification needs role management. Keep the bot’s role above roles it should assign or moderate.
